If within 30 days of receiving your purchase you are not satisfied with your paddle, just send it back to us no questions asked, no holds barred, no ifs, no ands, no butts, no matter what, even if you’ve played with it in the wild.

All other items (paddle sets, gear, apparel, etc.) must be in new/unused condition, in their original packaging, and returned within 30 days of the original purchase in order to qualify for a refund.

All returns are subject to a 20% restocking fee, to a maximum of $20; this fee is deducted from your refund amount. Refunds can be issued to the original payment method or as a store credit.
