Hummingbird Pickleball warrants that its professional series paddle products - Superflux - (“Products”) will be free from material defects, damage caused by improper care prior to the time of purchase, and workmanship defects for 180 days from the date of purchase by the original consumer purchaser in Canada and the United States. Warranty is non-transferable and only valid to the original consumer purchaser. Product must have been in new condition at the time of purchase and does not apply to replacement products. We strongly encourage you to include a copy of your proof of purchase to confirm the product is within 180 days of the purchase date to be eligible under our warranty policy. If you do not include your proof of purchase, your product will be evaluated by its manufacturing date. All warranty claim items sent to Hummingbird Pickleball which are beyond 180 days from the date of purchase will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
Please note that because we are unable to control the quality of our products sold by unauthorized sellers, this warranty only applies to purchases made directly from our official Hummingbird Pickleball site. This warranty also does not cover any defects due to:
- Normal wear and tear, including fading of graphics
- Damage due to misuse, abuse (e.g. Product scraping the ground), or negligence
- Used in commercial applications or rentals
- Modifications, alteration of the Product, or repairs
Hummingbird Pickleball will replace or exchange a defective product that is covered by this limited warranty or will offer store credit in the amount of the purchase price of the Product. Please note that if a store credit is provided as a result of this evaluation, such credit will expire if not used within one year from the date of issue of the credit. Items returned for defect evaluation will be processed in the order they are received. Evaluations can take 1 to 3 weeks. Replacement/exchange items will be shipped at no cost to the customer.
To submit a warranty claim, send us an email at support@hummingbirdpickleball.com and include “WARRANTY” in the subject line. You will need to provide your order number, paddle serial number and postal/zip code.
If the warranty claim is deemed valid for further processing, you will need to mail in your product with the return slip we generate for you.
What Happens If My Warranty Return Is Not Accepted?
If your product does not meet the criteria to be eligible under our warranty policy or it is over 180 days old, it will be returned to you in the condition it was sent to us, with a notice explaining why it was not accepted.
Reminder:
Hummingbird Pickleball is not responsible for items lost in transit. We strongly recommend keeping a hold of your return tracking number. Please keep your tracking information until the warranty claim process is complete. Packages cannot be hand-delivered to the warehouse for safety reasons.
